Dr. Kristian Frantzen lives his life saying “yes” to the opportunities that come his way, and his extensive career reflects this. Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Frantzen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is also a CTI certified coach and has a deep understanding of the complexities of modern leadership and human behaviour.

Dr. Frantzen also has over 15 years of experience in health and fitness and has previously collaborated with the Vancouver Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee in public health and wellness. He has provided chiropractic and medical support for many professional and amateur athletes, and has worked alongside various Canadian national sports teams including wheelchair basketball, field hockey and volleyball. By adapting his treatment approach to suit the needs of both athletes and non-athletes alike, he has achieved in helping to retain talent for long-term success and growth in multiple areas.

He has recently been appointed by Indago to write a Leadership Development Programme that will be delivered to professionals working within the adult social care sector, with the goal of progressing personal development and establishing strong leadership skills. His extensive background in the field makes him an invaluable asset in developing effective leadership training that considers the challenges and responsibility that professionals in this sector face.

Dr. Frantzen hopes the leadership development programme will give people an understanding of themselves and the confidence to go and be the leader they envision themselves being. His ultimate aim is to nurture and retain the talent of professionals working within the adult social care sector so that they can improve the level of service and level of care they give. He will work with Indago to create an understanding of the power that effective leadership can play in contributing to the positive outcomes of those in the care sector. When he’s not inspiring others in the workplace, Kristian enjoys travelling the world and throwing himself into a variety of outdoor adventures and athletic pursuits.
