Meet Redwan, who is from Bangladesh and now working in the UK for Thistle Court Care Home.

Redwan started working in the UK in March 2022, having secured the job thanks to his Indago Development training and certificate.
The care home chose to interview Redwan first, above all other applicants, because his CV showed he had completed the training. They knew the programme produced well-prepared, high-quality candidates, giving Redwan a strong advantage.
Redwan continues to learn and grow, which helps him earn recognition like Employee of the Month, along with a certificate, a gift, and respect from his teammates. Always looking to develop, he is currently learning to drive and embraces new challenges with enthusiasm.
